A HR-person has to manage many thing in an organization just like-
1. Human capital
4. Human Rights
5. Company budget
8. Productivity etc.
Is, a HR-person has to make the priority according to organization to organization or situation or circumstances?
As NTPC will give more emphasis on CSR while MICROSOFT on the Productivity.
