All image files related to email blast content should be hosted by the Client's server. HR.com does not make a practice of hosting a Client's image files however a Client's image files can be hosted for a fee. Email blast-related materials must be sent as email attachments to Sue Duggan at sduggan[at]hr.com materials must be received by HR.com no less than five business days prior to the scheduled blast date. The content can then be processed and test emails will be sent for Client approval.
EMAIL BLASTS WILL NOT BE SENT WITHOUT CLIENT APPROVAL.
HR.com discourages the use of rich media, including Shockwave Flash content, for email blasts as it may not be accommodated by some email clients and may increase load times. HR.com does not impose any space or character limits on email blast content.
Sender address and alias (eg.
): HR.com can incorporate the sponsor’s name into the email FROM Address. The FROM Address will always appear in lower case letters.
Email subject line: The subject line for the email must be no more than 50 characters in length.
