Participants will learn about the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI), a 360° feedback tool that provides feedback on a leader’s demonstration of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, as researched by Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner in the million-copy selling The Leadership Challenge. This webcast will explore why leadership is critical at this time, by reviewing the latest research on future trends in business, as well as how 360° feedback can be used as a guiding tool to impact leadership development. An overview of key portions of the LPI tool will be provided, including reviewing parts of the reports that may be of interest to the participants. A discussion of the administration options will address both individual participants, as well as large organizational implementation.
