After examining department costs and finding an exorbitantly high cost per hire, Jack Landers, VP of HR for Verity Inc. had to ask some serious questions about his recruiting budget. While looking for alternatives Jack was contacted by Accolo and made the decision to give them a try. After successfully completing a couple of difficult to fill key searches at a fraction of their typical cost per hire Verity decided it was time to give the RPO option a chance to be successful.
