This program introduces HR professionals to the basic skills and experiences necessary to conduct effective internal investigations that produce objective results and withstand scrutiny in subsequent litigation. Participants are introduced to investigations skills on how to develop an investigation plan, review files, interview witnesses, document those interviews, and reach a conclusion. Participants will learn legally sound procedures for handling a complaint from the moment it is received until resolution.
This 60-min webcast is hosted by an Littler Attorney Educator as well as a subject matter expert so that you can actively participate in learning how to conduct a lawful investigation.
