Making the Impossible Possible

Generally if a group improves their performance by 15% we think it´s pretty good. However, sometimes groups achieve results far beyond that-actually accomplishing what was thought to be impossible. Dr Kim Cameron & Marc Lavine studied the astonishing success of the clean-up of the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons facility. In this webinar they share the lessons learned.

Cleaning up the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons facility seemed a near impossible task.  On top of that the organization was demoralized, cynical and fearful of outsiders.

Yet somehow they turned themselves into an extraordinary organization and did the clean-up far faster and more cheaply than anyone imagined possible.

What happened was the subject of a research project by professors Kim Cameron and Marc Lavine.   In this webinar we will look at what happened and the management principles that underlie this extraordinary story.
