Key driver analysis is one of those techniques that has become increasingly common in the analysis of employee survey data. Key driver analysis is a priority setting tool, it enables the identification of those ´drivers´ whose improvement would have the most impact on a given targeted outcome. Taken at face value, it is difficult to think of a technique that could be more useful. On the other hand, there have been serious criticisms of the methodology. This webcast will look at the whole key driver analysis issue. Key driver analysis will be put in the context of other causal modeling methodologies.
