New Regulations on California Harassment Training Law AB 1825
On April 23, 2007, the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC) adopted its sixth round of proposed regulations implementing California's mandatory harassment training law, AB 1825. The FEHC will submit these regulations to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL), which has 30 days to review and approve the regulations. If approved as is expected, OAL will send the regulations to the Secretary of State and the regulations will become effective 30 days thereafter.
