A recent study from the Kenexa Research Institute examined the effects of sustainable practices have on employee opinions, behavior, and performance. For example, the positive effect that an organization’s Sustainability practices has on how an employee feels about their senior leadership, employee confidence, whether or not an employee feels compelled to join or stay with the organization will be discussed.
