Many organizations have recently taken notice of the potential benefits of corporate social responsibility (CSR/CR) efforts for not only the current employees, but also for those who may work there. A recent study from the Kenexa Research Institute examined the effects of CSR/CR practices have on employee opinions. For example, the positive effect that an organization’s CSR practices has on how an employee feels about their senior leadership, employee engagement, and whether or not an employee feels compelled to join or stay with the organization will be discussed.
