Marianne C. Stook, Managing Director, Employer-Sponsored Work/Life Programs As managing director of employer-sponsored work/life programs at LifeCare, Marianne Stook is responsible for building the organization’s current work/life client base and for oversight and guidance of its innovative suite of work/life programs. Ms. Stook also manages LifeCare's Emergency Communications Task Force, which creates educational and outreach materials for clients during emergency and crisis situations. Previously, Ms. Stook was vice president of marketing services and oversaw the marketing, communications, graphics, public relations, event planning, content management, client education and implementation departments. Prior to joining LifeCare, Ms. Stook was associate editor for Benefits and Compensation Solutions magazine. Ms. Stook received a BA degree in English/Writing from Miami University and graduated magna cum laude.
As the HR Benefits Manager for Cisco, Shelly Kelley oversees the wide range of family services that Cisco offers to its valued employees. Cisco was a pioneer in offering onsite child care centers, and Shelly's primary role is the coordination of the center. Additionally, she manages Cisco's college coaching program, elder and child care programs and workplace lactation program. Shelly has been with Cisco for nine years.
