Benefits of Talent Management: Potential and Opportunity

Companies that create and employ talent management practices often make a significant investment in the organization and its employees. We know that talent management practices have a positive impact on employee performance and motivation, but until recently, did not realize the potential influence to employees’ feelings toward their organizations. A recent study from the Kenexa Research Institute examined additional effects talent management practices have on employees; for example, the positive effect that an organization’s talent management practices has on how an employee feels about their manager’s capabilities, their engagement, and their intent to remain at their organization.
