Staffing expert Joseph P. Murphy will share survey findings and explore how companies throw away millions of dollars in his SHRM Annual Conference presentation entitled Staffing Waste: Measure It, Reduce It.

When staffing is managed as a process, it can be studied and improved.  Mr. Murphy’s session will focus on ten action steps to improve the yield of the staffing process.
