Xsell Resources Names Samuel Levy Sales Manager

WILLOW GROVE, Pa.-January 28, 2008-Xsell Resources Inc., an IT staffing
and recruiting firm recently ranked as the No. 1 fastest growing
company in Philadelphia by Inc. magazine, has named Samuel Levy Sales
Manager. The 20-year veteran recruiter will be responsible for all
aspects of the sales and recruiting efforts to expand the company's IT
and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) divisions.

Levy has been helping major corporations throughout the country with
their staffing and recruiting needs for the past two decades. He has
held a number of senior management positions, leading four branch
offices and a 14-member team for a national technical staffing firm,
as well as managing operating budgets of $6 million. He has also
served as Vice President of Operations for a legal staffing services
firm.

Levy holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of
Arizona. He resides in Downingtown, Pa., with his wife and four
children.
