WILLOW GROVE, Pa.-November 6, 2007-Xsell Resources, Inc., an IT staffing and recruiting firm recently ranked as the fastest growing company in Philadelphia by Inc. magazine, announced today that Ben Holsopple has been named Business Development Manager. In this capacity, the 12-year veteran recruiter will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing partnerships with key constituents for the company.
Holsopple brings more than a decade of staffing and financing experience to this new position. Prior to joining Xsell, he worked for two executive recruitment and staffing firms. He founded and managed SEG Technologies, as well as managed Biz Tech.
Holsopple has also held a number of senior positions with PriceWaterhouse; Acsys, Inc.; Biz Tech, which provides customizable software to smaller businesses; and Alliance Consulting, which provides software solutions to leading businesses worldwide.
Holsopple holds an MBA in taxation from Georgetown University, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from James Madison University.
