Xsell Resources Appoints Ron Lynch Sales Representative

WILLOW GROVE, Pa.-February 20, 2008-Xsell Resources Inc., an IT
staffing and recruiting firm recently ranked as the No. 1 fastest

Lynch as their newest Sales Representative. The 20-year staffing
veteran will be responsible for the sales efforts to expand the
company's IT and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) divisions.

Lynch brings more than two decades of professional staffing experience
to his position. Prior to joining Xsell, Lynch was Senior Technical
Recruiter for several international IT staffing firms, and has held a
number of senior-level positions with leading information technology
and recruiting companies.

Lynch holds a bachelor's degree from Cabrini College, Radnor, Pa., and
resides in Wayne, Pa.
