Workscape Hires Veteran Sales Leader as Vice President of Compensation and Performance Business Unit

Chris O'Grady to Head North American Sales Initiatives for Company's Award-Winning Solutions
MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (January 21, 2008) - Workscape, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced benefits, compensation and performance management solutions, today announced the expansion of its sales force with the addition of Chris O'Grady as vice president of Sales, North America for the compensation and performance solutions business unit. In this role, O'Grady is responsible for all sales efforts for Workscape's new mid-market compensation and performance management solutions, as well as for overseeing the existing Enterprise Sales and Solutions Consulting teams.

O'Grady has worked in the human resources and technology outsourcing industry for nearly 15 years. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at VitalSpring Technologies, where he was responsible for developing the company's marketing and sales strategy. Before that, O'Grady held various sales positions at Ceridian Corporation, including vice president and general manager of the Baltimore/Washington area. He also served as regional vice president of Sales at ProBusiness, Inc.
