MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (November 21, 2005) -Workscape, Inc., a proven provider of outsourced benefits and workforce management solutions, today announced the hire of Kevin Rhone as the Company´s new Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Workforce Management business unit.
Rhone will lead strategic initiatives that will enable Workscape to continue to anticipate and respond to market demands with the right tools to drive higher workforce performance, such as Workscape´s recently released version of its award-winning compensation management application OneForceTM/Compensation Planner 6.0.
Rhone possesses more than 25 years of impressive general management, operations, marketing and sales experience in the software and services industries. Prior to joining Workscape, Rhone was the President and CEO of SmartTime Software, Inc. in Framingham, Massachusetts. During his tenure there, he successfully led teams in the development of a workforce time management and productivity application product line.
Before that, Rhone was the Director of International Business Development with Wildfire Communications and the Director of International Operations at Kronos, Inc. While at Kronos, he was instrumental in implementing the business plans and strategies that led to significant levels of annual growth. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and a bachelor´s degree from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
