Workplace Answers Releases New Learning Management System

New LMS Provides Graphical Executive Console andEnterprise-Wide Ad Hoc Reporting

San Francisco, CA and Washington, D.C., June 27, 2006 - Workplace Answers, an award-winning provider of Web-based training in human resources, financial and ethics compliance training, has released a new version of its Learning Management System (LMS) during the annual Society of Human Resource Mangagement (SHRM) conference in Washington, D.C.

The upgrade provides enhanced reporting capabilities and a graphical executive console while retaining the simple, intuitive user interface that distinguishes Workplace Answers' LMS from other providers. Businesses will be able to quickly view whether they are meeting their training objectives for the entire enterprise or review data by location, department, operating unit, or any number of other criteria.

The enhanced reporting capabilities will provide organizations with the ability to delegate training administration to their local human resources representatives, yet maintain control over the entire training initiative. Workplace Answers' LMS enables organizations to report on legislative requirements and to document the organization's success.  Additionally, administrators can compare past and present training objectives and review their completion rates.

For example, "We've designed the LMS to meet the needs of organizations with a single location and Fortune 100 companies with multiple locations, business units, and subsidiaries," explains Lynn D. Lieber, Esq., CEO of Workplace Answers. "Our customers will benefit from the same easy-to-use system, but with superior intelligence and impressive graphical reporting capabilities."

The LMS upgrade also provides industry updates, newsletters, best practices, and other information that will keep customers up-to-date on the training industry as well as legislative changes.
