announced that Roger Gaston has joined the company as an executive vice president for its Employment Process Outsourcing (EPO) practice. Gaston will be responsible for Kenexa´s Employment Process Outsourcing operations worldwide. Leveraging his experience in international resource planning, he will be instrumental in Kenexa´s growing outsourcing business serving several multinational organizations.
Gaston joins Kenexa from recently acquired StorageTek, a $2 billion company with 7,200 employees worldwide that delivers a broad range of storage solutions for digitized data. During his more than four-year tenure at StorageTek, he held the position of corporate vice president of Human Resources, a role for which he was recently named a 2006 HRO Superstar by HRO Today magazine. Prior to joining StorageTek, Gaston worked for Toys "R" Us, an $11 billion retail company where he was the senior vice president of Human Resources, responsible for delivering programs and services for more than 72,000 employees worldwide. Additionally, Gaston worked for more than 11 years in senior-level HR roles for The May Department Stores Company, and also held executive roles at Carson Pirie Scott and Ahold Americas.
