RALEIGH, N.C., April 4, 2005 - Peopleclick Inc., one of the leading total workforce acquisition providers for global enterprises, today announced version 3.2 of CAAMS, its comprehensive affirmative action software solution for multi-establishment enterprises. Key elements of the upgrade include expanded Impact Ratio Analysis (IRA) of all race categories and a new Mass Edit feature for updating employee history and census data.
"Version 3.2 of CAAMS provides compliance officers with a more intuitive and powerful tool for generating timely affirmative action plans," said Kathleen V. Barton, Peopleclick's senior vice president of marketing and product management. "These upgraded features support Peopleclick's commitment to continuously improve the tools our clients use to ensure affirmative action compliance."
Impact Ratio Analysis Expands Into Race Categories
In addition to producing female and minority reports, CAAMS 3.2 breaks IRA processes into race categories - Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American - and gives customers the ability to import plan/job group applicant summary data automatically. Additionally, the feature extends IRA report calculations across all levels of an affirmative action (AA) plan simultaneously, and introduces a new IRA terminations calculation for involuntary and voluntary transactions. Compliance officers can now easily drill down and uncover areas of potential adverse impact by specific race category at any planning level of the organization.
Mass Edit Tool Tracks Employee History And Census Data
A new addition to CAAMS, the Mass Edit tool allows clients to automatically update employee and history data for a large number of records. In addition, the feature allows clients to assign and modify census code assignments for employee data by Job Title and EEO Code or other selected variables.
Other CAAMS 3.2 enhancements include:
--The ability to save subset queries and define multiple subset definitions;
--Expanded options for determining goal settings;
--Report enhancements that allow production of Item 11 reports;
--The ability to copy labor definitions from other users but limit how the updates are made to current settings; and
--Options to increase the length of user-defined variables directly within CAAMS without assistance from database administrators.
CAAMS, Peopleclick's AA software, gives compliance staff the tools they need to efficiently generate timely, accurate and defensible AA plans across an enterprise.
