Human Resources: Wolfgang Rentmeister Named Managing Director of TrueChoice Solutions Europe GmbH

NEW YORK/DÜSSELDORF, May 14, 2007 - TrueChoice Solutions Europe GmbH has named Wolfgang Rentmeister to the position of managing director, according to Sev Keil, chairman and CEO of TrueChoice Solutions, Inc. In his new role, Mr. Rentmeister will supervise the company's overall operations, including business development and partner support.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Keil stated, "We are pleased to have someone with Wolfgang Rentmeister's talent and experience to head our European operations. About Wolfgang Rentmeister
Wolfgang Rentmeister has an extensive track record in the European technology industry, most recently serving as CEO of Bertelsmann AG's international content management organization. He previously held the position of chief information officer for Bertelsmann's arvato AG division, where he helped develop new content management capabilities and innovative new concepts in information technology. Mr. Rentmeister began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he provided business process improvement and software implementation services to the firm's international clients. Mr. Rentmeister studied physics, mathematics, and business administration at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (WWU) Münster.
