    WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2006--Ultimate Software

that Wink Companies, LLC, has selected UltiPro's core HR/payroll
solution, UltiPro Performance Management, UltiPro Recruitment, and
UltiPro Time and Attendance delivered through its
software-as-a-service Intersourcing model.

    Wink is a multidiscipline professional consulting firm
specializing in engineering, architecture, and land surveying, and is
a single-source provider of comprehensive architectural and
engineering design services for industrial, commercial, and
institutional clients. Wink has been using an in-house solution for
its human resources and payroll processing that was designed primarily
for accounting and purchasing. With 700 employees and a strategic plan
for growth, Wink determined that it had outgrown that solution and
