WHAT:            Will present a session entitled “Metrics and ROI of Talent Management Technology” at next month’s SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition

DETAILS:       Samantha Hanson is the vice president of Human Resources for Vurv, with responsibility for all global HR activities.  Before joining Vurv, Hanson held several HR leadership positions at Best Buy and while at CitiStreet, she was responsible for large market account management, marketing and employee communications.                  

At SHRM, Hanson’s session will outline some of the key management metrics that are commonly used to measure the effectiveness of a talent management function and, in this context, show conference attendees how to measure and drive the financial ROI of talent management technology initiatives within their own organizations.
