Vurv Adds Jim Perakis to Board of Directors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 04, 2007) - Vurv (formerly Recruitmax), a global leader in technology and services for building great workforces, today announced the addition of Jim Perakis to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Perakis currently serves as the Chairman of Netkey, Inc., a privately-held provider of self-service and digital merchandising software.

The addition of Mr. Perakis to the Vurv board brings a wealth of knowledge and track record of success in driving profitable growth in technology-based industries. Mr. Perakis joined Hyperion, a provider of financial management and planning software, as CEO in 1985 and led the company’s growth from approximately $1 million in revenue to $295 million in 1998.  Mr. Perakis also currently serves on the boards of Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA), a leader in enterprise marketing management software, Mobius Management Systems (NASDAQ: MOBI), a provider of enterprise document management software, and privately held Sparta Systems, a provider of software to the life sciences industry.
