VMC LAUNCHES ROBUST E-LEARNING PROGRAM

VMC Behavioral Healthcare, the nation´s 4th largest provider of employee assistance programs, announces the launch of its new VMC ConnectTM e-learning program.

Gurnee, IL.  July 11, 2006.  VMC Behavioral Healthcare, the nation´s 4th largest

provider of employee assistance programs, announces the launch of its new VMC ConnectTM e-learning program.  This progressive program can be blended seamlessly with a company´s existing customized training program to deliver targeted solutions and provide a measurable standard to track changes in attitude, behavior and performance, resulting in an economical solution.

"This new robust e-learning program is an ideal training solution for employers whose employees are spread among several locations across the country, thereby rendering traditional in-person training difficult and expensive once we compare these two options," says Steve Rossetti, Director of Training with VMC.  "Our program consists of unique customer portals that deploy and manage e-learning courses for our customers and their employees, and custom courses that are relevant to the services a company´s EAP currently provides."

Realizing that companies have diverse expectations and varying budgets for education, VMC offers the e-learning courses in three different complexity and cost levels:

Level 1 consists of a VMC branded course with images that represent the topic, basic narration and a participant quiz.

Level 2 offers companies their own corporate branding plus VMC representations, higher-end images that represent the topic, integrated animation, narration, and an interactive participant test.

Level 3 gives companies exclusive branding, customized course material that includes company-specific corporate information, higher-end images, heavier use of animation, narration and end user performance.

All levels meet e-learning requirements for uploading the information directly into a company´s e-learning systems.

"E-learning has proven to be an effective solution to address a company´s wide range of learning needs in a timely, flexible, and effective manner", says Rossetti. "Via VMC Connect´sTM customized portal, employers have ready access to a trio of services that benefit the employee and the company ---- delivery of 24/7/365 e-learning solutions, workforce surveys and assessments, and mandatory compliance training."

Based in Gurnee, IL, VMC Behavioral Healthcare is the 4th largest EAP provider in the country, covering over four million people with EAP, Work-Life and Wellness services.  Go to http://trainingobjectives.mmalliance.breezecentral.com/vmcelearning for details on the program.  For more information, Rossetti can be reached at 847-625-3578.
