Under the terms of the alliance, Vertafore Benefits will integrate Computer by Design´s suite of document management products with AgencyCenter, its state-of-the art agency workflow management system. Agencies that are using Vertafore Benefit´s AgencyCenter application will have an opportunity to integrate the Computer by Design suite of products including:
- a powerful document management system that allows agencies to index, store and retrieve documents including scanned images, faxes, Microsoft Word documents and emails;
- a fast and cost-efficient document management scanning system to scan and index documents into an electronically managed format; and
- a document workflow suite that allows agencies to design custom workflows for documents such as off-line indexing, inbound imaging routing, and off-line document capture for branch offices.
