BOSTON (March 5, 2007) – Veritude, a leading provider of talent management services, has named Martin Horne and Joann Noble as company vice presidents of Business Development for Consulting Services. Veritude’s Consulting Services practice provides strategic consulting support to its clients in the areas of Talent Management, Organizational Development and Human Resources.
Previously, Horne served as strategic account executive and client engagement manager for Workscape’s web-based applications and integrated benefit administration and compensation planning service offerings. With more than 18 years of experience in relationship management, strategic leadership and technology, Horne’s clients included CIGNA, BMW, Frito Lay, Aetna, Quest Diagnostics, Cendant, FedEx Ground, and NBC Universal. His other technical industry experience includes positions at Razorfish and the Department of Environmental Protection, Boston. Horne graduated from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s of science degree in Chemical Engineering and from Boston University’s School of Management with a master’s degree in Management Information Science.
Noble comes to Veritude with more than 18 years of financial services experience and a proven track record in building territories, enhancing customer relationships and launching new product lines. Prior to joining Veritude, Noble worked at Fleet/BankBoston as vice president of Financial Services Consulting and in the Government Banking and Public Finance Division. She also served as New England regional manager for Thermocycle International, Inc. Noble earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in Psychology and a master’s in education degree in Counseling Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
