Vault Releases First-Ever Guide to Company Green Programs

Vault's First-Ever Digital-Only Guide Details Environmental Initiatives at Many of the Nation's Most Well-Known Companies

NEW YORK, September 30, 2008 - Vault.com, Inc. (www.vault.com
<http://www.vault.com/> ) is proud to announce the release of the company's
first digital-only book, the Vault Guide to Green Programs.  The guide,
which details how many prominent North American companies are incorporating
environmental concerns into their business practices, is Vault's first-ever
guide to only be released online and not printed in book form.  Along with
the companies profiled in the guide, Vault is committed to going green.
More Vault guides will be digital-only in the future, and the company has
its own "green team" whose mission is to ensure that Vault's products and
offices are more environmentally-friendly.

"As a growing number of Vault's elite career-oriented audience embraces
environmental responsibility as a determining issue in choosing among
employer options, we want to walk the talk," said Erik Sorenson, Vault CEO.
"In addition to providing valuable information about target employers, we
want to publish in a similarly responsible fashion.  And we'll work to do
more of that in the future."

For the Vault Guide to Green Programs, representatives from human resources,
corporate communications and corporate responsibility teams were asked about
various environmental initiatives at their companies.  They provided
detailed answers to questions about the types of green programs that have
been implemented, who is accountable for helping the company meet its
environmental goals and how their business model promotes a green lifestyle.
These answers appear in the guide, along with information on green career
opportunities with the companies and green program contact information.

Among the interesting findings in the guide: GE's environmental initiative,
called Ecomagination, addresses challenges such as the need for cleaner,
more efficient sources of energy, reduced emissions and abundant sources of
clean water; the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP is providing pro bono
services to the California Public Utilities Commission for the establishment
of the California Institute for Climate Solutions; and the Gap publishes a
Social Responsibility Report, accessible to the public via its corporate
website.

In addition to the companies mentioned above, other companies profiled in
the guide include: Accenture, Apple, Boeing, Boy Scouts of America, Burt's
Bees, Citi, DuPont, Northwest Airlines, Random House, Seventh Generation,
Sony BMG, Starbucks, Whole Foods and many more.
