Using Work force Analytics to Make High-Certainty HR Decisions in Uncertain Times

During the May 13 webinar sponsored by the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM), human resources (HR) managers will learn how to use work force analytics as a key decision-support tool to bring more certainty to HR decisions, especially at this difficult time.

Participants will gain a full understanding of:
•       How to best use work force analytics to provide decision makers with valuable insight, increase HR efficiency and effectiveness, and reduce costs.
•       How to use a phased approach to implement work force analytics.
•       Examples of key work force analytics that can be used to support today’s decisions.

Joanne Bintliff-Ritchie, chief strategist for DoubleStar Inc., will lead the discussion. She has more than 25 years in HR, as well as extensive experience in HR management, technology transformation, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions/divestitures/joint ventures, change management, team dynamics, staffing, employee relations and leadership development.
