University Research Team Achieves Creative Success Through Implementing Nano-Learner™

Warwick Innovative Manufacturing Research Centre's Sandpit was held at the University of Warwick UK. Its aim was to gather together a wide range of researchers from different disciplines to explore areas relating to the problem of "Sustainability." Keith Bound from Image Dynamics™ facilitated the creativity sessions of the programme, applying Nano-Learner™ a unique accelerated learning process that enables people to achieve outcomes through a journey of self discovery, creativity and reflection.
Rugby, UK (PRWEB) June 25, 2007 -- Keith Bound created a unique programme to push delegates outside of their comfort zones. One delegate said "one of the benefits was seeing things from a different perspective -- an excellent event for creative's." You can sample Nano-learner™ demonstration at: http://www.keithbound.com/Nano_Coaching_Demo/Nano_Coaching.html.

Delegates came from a wide range of disciplines from chemists, engineers and psychologists focusing on developing multi-disciplined research approach and create innovative research proposals for funding. Bound presented several animations to develop team building, leadership and most importantly unlocking creativity. By the second day the whole research group had created over 500 potential ideas for research in under two days of the programme. The group split into different research teams and focused on 5 major research project proposals. After presenting the research proposals to the IMRC committee one project was awarded £1 million funding and another £150,000 to further develop the proposal.

Nano-Learner™ was instrumental in unlocking the potential of the research team. The miniaturized powerful learning animation modules last up to 5 minutes. The process accelerates learning by engaging the user at a deep emotional level through a multi-sensory experience. The process introduces powerful animation sequences into the learning process and is based on neuro-psychological research. Images are combined with empathic questions and music into a complex animation design. The animations act as a catalyst for accelerated learning and developing creativity. See article from the training zone called E-learning & The Power of Images at: http://www.trainingzone.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=167078&d=680&h=608&f=626&dateformat=%25e-%25h-%25y.

The process works as delegates break free from a transactional perspective of the world. By suspending their beliefs and values the process helps them to gain a new perspective, developing new behaviors such as collective creativity, agreement management and empathic solidarity. The delegate changes their state of consciousness through deep reflection therefore allowing the user to see things differently.

Comments about the process from delegates include:
"A fast learning experience."
"It was very demanding of time and effort, but very rewarding and well organized."
"The image exercise and animations were very enlightening about the way I consider ideas."
"Thank you for an exciting and stimulating creative challenge."
"Outstanding."

Nano-Learner™ can also be used to reinforce training outputs after a training event. Short animation progammes are created from flipchart notes and then distributed to all delegates through a CD format so that the delegates have a 24/7 support system which can be used on any PC or laptop, ensuring the training has been implemented within the business, maximizing ROI.

The process is described "as a unique multi sensory & learning experience" by Dr. Mike Bagshaw, an organizational psychologist who has designed leadership programmes for clients including Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Pfizer, QinetiQ, Shell, he added. "This is a revolutionary innovative perspective in developing creativity, learning and development

Leading corporations are now implementing Nano-Learner™ as a practical tool to develop creativity, idea generation, leadership excellence and cultural change because of its flexibility and speed of integration within a company. The powerful miniature learning modules can be tailor-made to any specific training programme.
