Ultimate Software’s VP of Product Strategy Zach Thomas to Discuss HR and Talent Management

Ultimate Software’s VP of Product Strategy Zach Thomas to Discuss HR and Talent Management for 2010-2011

WHAT:

The budgeting cycle for 2011 is underway, and HR and talent management professionals are facing key technology decisions. What are the critical HR technologies and how can you pave the way for high-value deployments? What benchmarks and metrics should you use to evaluate solutions? What skills will you need as an HR technologist — and how will you position yourself for success in the coming years?

At the June 11 meeting of the Leading Edge HR Network (LEHRN) in Minnetonka, MN, Zach Thomas, vice president of product strategy for Ultimate Software, will participate in a panel discussion addressing these and other issues, entitled “HR and Talent Management 2010-2011: When HR Technology Changed Forever and the New Strategies for Success.”

Thomas has more than 10 years in research and consulting on the processes, strategies, and tools that help organizations hire, engage, and cultivate high-performance talent. Previously, Thomas was a senior analyst for Forrester Research, covering hiring automation, performance management, and human resources management systems. Before Forrester, Thomas directed product management and strategy, consulting, and implementation at two leading HCM software and consulting firms.
