Handling workforce management processes for approximately 1,000 employees, Gorman-Rupp’s HR and payroll team was using multiple solutions, spreadsheets, and databases that had become cumbersome and difficult to manage. With labor information scattered in many places, the only way to produce meaningful workforce business intelligence was through manual consolidation of data—taking time and resources away from other strategic projects.
