GoLearn/OPM has implemented the GeoEngage platform to enhance communication sharing and best practices for mission critical government initiatives including human capital development, competency management, SF-182 workflow approval, government policies and federal mandates. Sharing knowledge and publishing best practices are the learning goals that GeoEngage addresses for OPM/GoLearn. OPM/GoLearn uses GeoEngage to focus on the public sector’s strategic human capital management initiatives, including the standardization of government-wide learning processes, enabling collaboration across agencies, knowledge management and knowledge publishing.
