Leading water treatment technology company chooses GeoExpress™ LMS platform delivered Software as a Service.
WEST DES MOINES, IOWA, October 8, 2007 -- GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of Managed Learning Services and hosted learning and performance platforms, announced today that Trojan Technologies, a leading water treatment technology company, has selected the GeoExpress™ Learning Management Suite (LMS) to manage training delivery as part of a managed learning services contract.
Trojan Technologies, headquartered in London, Ontario, will deploy the GeoExpress LMS to streamline learning and development initiatives related to leadership development and associate development, including the tools and processes currently used to track and maintain training information. The primary targets of the initial LMS rollout will be Trojan Leadership and its global service provider network. Trojan will use Lectora and Articulate to rapidly create online custom learning content that will be delivered via the LMS. Trojan will also use the LMS to manage product certification training completed by its business partners.
"Based on our learning business requirements, we determined that we needed a powerful LMS that was easy to use and simple for our global business partners to access," said Cindy Jensen, Training Team Leader for Trojan Technologies. "We chose GeoLearning's Software as a Service delivery model for the flexibility and scalability that it offers our global associates and learning network partners."
GeoLearning will also provide Internet hosting, security and maintenance services, as part of the managed learning services contract.
GeoLearning's award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) model means the GeoExpress platform is delivered entirely over the Internet, eliminating all the headaches, hassles and risks associated with traditional hardware and software implementations. The Internet-hosted learning management platform enables organizations to capture, create, manage and share knowledge to improve workforce productivity, accelerate critical business processes, and drive organizational performance. The system centralizes and automates the entire learning management process, making the administration of enterprise learning and development both effective and efficient.
