Todd Hanson has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal and Market Leader for its Minneapolis office.

Hanson joins Buck from Mercer, where he served as Principal and Advisory Practice Leader for Mercer Health and Benefits.
Hanson joins Buck from Mercer, where he served as Principal and Advisory Practice Leader for Mercer Health and Benefits. He also served with Marsh as Vice President and Benefits Practice Leader for its Employee Benefit Services. Hanson has nearly 25 years of experience in benefits consulting practice leadership, client relationship management, strategic planning, sales, and P&L management.

As Market Leader, Hanson is responsible for the Minneapolis office’s financial results, talent management, and coordination of client service delivery.

Hanson graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
