The award committee at Training Industry.com contacted over 500 companies to assess their expertise, experience, and capabilities. They used evaluation criteria that included corporate competencies in the 26 business processes identified in their Training Process Framework. A special emphasis was placed on recognizing companies with comprehensive capabilities, resources, and experience in providing learning services. The Committee also stressed the importance of innovation in learning analytics and evaluation methods used to assess the impact of learning on business performance. Along with TTA, other industry leaders who made it to the list include Accenture, Raytheon, and IBM.
