September 10, 2007 – Findlay, Ohio – The RightThing, Inc. announced today it has added Brett Gerard, a highly regarded human resource outsourcing consultant, to its senior leadership team. Gerard’s new-found responsibilities will include spearheading the company’s business development activities as it continues its aggressive growth as the leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider.
With more than a decade of experience and expertise in the area of human resources and RPO, Gerard brings impressive credentials and demonstrated results in establishing RPO client relationships, conducting research and analysis of service provider practices, managing client portfolio expansion, directing strategic growth strategies and executing revenue enhancement plans.

Prior to starting his new position at The RightThing on September 4, 2007, Gerard served as RPO advisory leader within TPI’s human resource practice, assisting clients in improving their human resource operations by assessing and structuring sourcing relationships. Prior to TPI, Gerard worked as Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business Leader at Korn/Ferry International Futurestep, Inc. where he led and developed the firm's recruitment outsourcing business across the U.S. and Canada. At Hewitt Associates, Gerard led local markets by developing new client HR outsourcing and consulting relationships, managed client teams and executed the revenue growth plans for Hewitt's global accounts.
