August 11, 2008, Findlay, OH—The RightThing, Inc. an innovator in recruitment leadership, technology and outsourcing, has been named the number one enterprise recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider according to HRO Today’s annual Baker’s Dozen list. Appearing on the list for the third consecutive year, The RightThing previously ranked #7 and #4 respectively.
“It is a great honor and privilege to be ranked number one and something our team has worked extremely hard for,” said Terry Terhark, CEO of The RightThing. “With client satisfaction determining rankings this year, the world-class service and innovation we continuously strive for has proven to be our greatest asset.”
With exponential client and revenue growth since inception in 2003, The RightThing boasts a number of unique qualities that differentiates it among providers. With a senior leadership team made up of the same experienced individuals that helped to define the recruitment process outsourcing industry in the early 90’s, no other provider offers more experience. Independently owned and managed, The RightThing is parent company to the leading recruiting software and training provider AIRS. Currently serving over 90 outsourcing clients, The RightThing offers unique and scalable service enhancements including two recruitment operations centers in Los Angeles and Philadelphia and a robust global platform to assist clients in their worldwide hiring needs.
This year’s list was derived by generating a confidential client survey that was comprised of qualitative and quantitative questions. The survey items examined the components of RPO in terms of breadth of service, customer satisfaction and size of deal. Rankings were determined on the statistical analysis of surveys and weighting algorithm was predetermined.
“Our client successes are the driving force that have enabled us to reach the top,” said Jamie Minier, President of The RightThing. “Securing this number one ranking will help us to take our innovation and client satisfaction even higher.”
Other recent highlights for The RightThing include a rise in the ranks of the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America, the recognition of CEO Terry Terhark as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and the launch of two new service products for the SMB and Outplacement markets.
