(RPO), today announced that CEO Terry Terhark was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of
The Year
recognizes entrepreneurs in the region who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of
innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
As a second year finalist, Terhark was awarded top honors in the category of business services
at special gala event on June 10 at The Henry in Dearborn, MI.
Nominated this year for his strategic business planning which proved successful in weathering
economic storms, Terhark’s leadership enabled continuous growth throughout 2009 with key
initiatives including the acquisition of Capital H Group’s RPO division and the opening of a stateof-
the-art technology center in Lebanon, NH. The RightThing also secured the top spot of the
industry’s most prestigious rankings for the second consecutive year.
Terhark is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur Of The Year
national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards
gala in Palm Springs, California on November 13, 2010. The awards are the culminating event of
the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum, the nation’s most prestigious gathering of highgrowth,
market-leading companies.
