Human Resources: The Perth Leadership Institute announced the completion of its book tour

(Gainesville, Florida, November 21, 2006) The Perth Leadership Institute (http://www.perthleadership.org/), the industry leader in executive financial acumen development programs, today announced the completion of its book tour and launch of its unique financial leadership programs in China.

The tour by Founder and CEO, Dr. E. Ted Prince, aimed to launch the Institute’s unique financial leadership services into the Chinese market. These services are based on his book, entitled The Three Financial Styles of Very Successful Leaders, published by McGraw-Hill in 2005 and which has now been published in Chinese in China by Ewin Books in Beijing.

According to Dr. Prince, “The tour was a major success. We spoke at over 15 conferences for Chinese executives and university MBA courses, including the National Institute of Accounting, and at several prestigious universities including Peking University (Beijiing International MBA School, Remin University, Central University of Finance and Beihan University in Beijing, Fudan University and China Europe Business School in Shanghai and Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou. We were interviewed by several leading Chinese business publications and met with several potential partners and licensees. This has resulted in a high degree of interest by Chinese businesses and top executives in our approach. We also held working sessions with C-level executives who underwent the Perth assessments and feedback approach.”

Dr. Prince commented that executives and businesses in China in both the private and public sectors are keen to upgrade their leadership approaches but want them to reflect financial and profitability realities. The Perth approach meets this requirement precisely, something that was intriguing and attractive to them.

The Perth Leadership Institute has developed new leadership assessments based on its research. These form part of its financial performance training and improvement programs for executives. These include its Individual Financial Performance Program, Team Financial Program and Valuation Alignment Program.

Perth recently announced the release of its Financial Outcome Assessment(TM), an online instrument which assesses the financial acumen of executives and managers and shows them how to develop it.

The Perth Leadership Institute was founded in 2002 in Gainesville, Florida, by Dr. E. Ted Prince to carry out research into the linkages between behavior and company financial outcomes.
