CHICAGO – Due to continued growth, The Jacobson Group has created a senior management post to lead its executive search and selection practice, Jacobson Executive Search. The national provider of professional and human capital services to the insurance, healthcare and financial service industries names Daniel R. Gattis Senior Vice President – Jacobson Executive Search.

Jacobson, Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Jacobson Group, about Gattis joining the firm’s executive team.
Based out of the firm’s national headquarters in Chicago, Gattis will be charged with the day-to-day operations and strategic positioning of Jacobson Executive Search, which provides talent acquisition consulting services for senior-level roles such as Vice President, C-Level and Board Member assignments. He will also be called upon to contribute to the development of the entire organization.

Gattis brings nearly 30 years of insurance industry experience to his new role with The Jacobson Group. His dynamic background encompasses a proven executive track record in the insurance and consulting fields. His career includes senior executive roles at Life Office Management Association (LOMA), KPMG International, CHALKE Consulting, and ARM Financial Group. Gattis received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, N.C.
