Mr. Higgins joins The Infohrm Group from Countrywide Financial, where he most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Workforce Planning. Prior to that, he held HR executive roles at the Irvine Company and IndyMac Bancorp, as well as senior finance positions at Johnson & Johnson, Baxter International, and Colgate Palmolive. Mr. Higgins is a member of the Human Capital Institute’s advisory board on Talent Leadership and Human Capital Analytics, a past member of the Saratoga Institute’s Advisory Board, and has completed data-driven investigations into such topics as employee turnover, high-performer profiling, and the ROI of recruiting.
