HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – (June 25, 2010) – The Continental Group (TCG), the largest property management company in Florida, announced that it has named Dale Ziemer to Director of Talent Acquisition. Ziemer’s responsibilities will include the overall selection and hiring process, while building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates at all levels to meet the goals and the objectives of the company’s growth plan. Ziemer will report directly to Wendy Pennie, Vice President of Human Resources for The Continental Group.
Ziemer joins TCG from Luminaire where he served as Talent Acquisition Manager and was responsible for training & development, selection & recruiting, employee relations, process improvement, HR procedures and implementation of best practices for their Miami and Chicago locations. Prior to joining Luminaire, Ziemer was Talent Acquisition Manager for PRC, one of the largest call center providers in the US, for over 10 years.

Ziemer is a University of Minnesota graduate and enjoys cooking, landscaping and real estate. “What an honor to join a team like this and work with Wendy to help her implement her amazing vision,” added Ziemer.
