Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced the hiring of Teri Hires as assistant general manager of the company's Dallas office.

MINNEAPOLIS (March 29, 2007) – Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced the hiring of Teri Hires as assistant general manager of the company's Dallas office.

 “It is a pleasure to welcome Teri to the PDI team," said Melissa Horner, General Manager of PDI's Dallas office. “Her experience coaching diverse groups of people and her track record of handling the challenges of the constantly changing business environment make her a valuable addition to the company.”
 
As assistant general manager, Hires consults with executives on talent solutions and focuses on group facilitation of executive teams. She also works with organizations and individuals in assessment and as an executive coach. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Hires will also assist with the overall direction of the Dallas office as it relates to PDI's global business strategy.
 

Most recently, Hires was Area Vice President of Drake Beam Morin (DBM).  Prior to DBM, she led her own company, Hires Management Group and was Regional Senior Vice President, Lee Hecht Harrison. Hires' career incorporates more than 20 years of diverse leadership responsibilities. Her broad leadership experience includes positions in senior management, sales, operations, human resources, information technology and customer service. Hires is a frequent public speaker on topics related to leadership, talent and generational differences.
