Major Upgrade of Web-Based Delivery System forCustomer Service Training Courseware

St. Louis August 29, 2006 -- Telephone Doctor's
web-based training system, ServiceSkills.com, has
been upgraded with a new player, new video
technology, and improved administrative
capabilities.  Online training now completely
complements Telephone Doctor´s best-selling
classroom training tools and seminars.  To
highlight the new features, Telephone Doctor is
offering a free five-user trial of the entire ServiceSkills.com library.

Drawing on extensive customer experience,
ServiceSkills.com v2.0 upgrades its proprietary
player by migrating to a progressive download
format for video streaming.  The results include
faster download speeds and the virtual
elimination of stoppages, even when bandwidth is
limited.  Another benefit is more control for
users, including full pause-and-play
functionality plus rewind and fast forward.  Mute
and volume control are now built into the player
and improved bookmarking has been added.

At the same time, Version 2.0 significantly
upgrades ServiceSkills.com´s administrative tool
by adding user name search and course assignment
capabilities.  And course progress tracking as
well as ASCII report file generation have been improved.

"Many of our customers are using web delivery
to complement rather than replace the classroom
training they have been using for years," said
David Friedman, vice president of Telephone
Doctor.  "Our upgraded version of
ServiceSkills.com works particularly well for
organizations that need to train personnel at multiple locations."

Maureen Ryan, Vice President, Customer
Strategies, of the American Heart Association,
responded enthusiastically to the new system,
"ServiceSkills.com helped us achieve our training
goals, part of which was not just to deliver the
training, but deliver it in a way that respects
the administrative staff´s jobs and their limited time."

Upgraded ServiceSkills.com Courseware

Two upgraded courses are being introduced at the
same time.  "From Curt to Courteous: The Seven
Touch Points of Communication" has been expanded
significantly to cover the use of e-mail and
instant messaging.  And the best-selling "Five
Forbidden Phrases ®" has all new vignettes and graphics.
