Atlanta, GA (PRWeb) March 21, 2007 -- Atlanta-based TalentQuest announced today it has hired industry expert Wayne Luke to lead a new Executive Search and Mentoring practice. The new services will focus on C-level positions – from initially identifying and placing an executive to continually enhancing that individual's leadership effectiveness.

Luke joins TalentQuest from the Atlanta Falcons where he served as Executive Vice President, People and Organizational Development. In that role, his responsibilities included helping to restructure the Falcons organization and shaping the human capital aspects of the many businesses owned by Arthur M. Blank. Luke spent 15 years building a very successful global C-level search practice at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading executive recruiting firm. In addition, during his many years in Silicon Valley, he co-founded two venture-backed technology companies and built a "think-tank" consulting business, establishing his effectiveness as a creative and resourceful entrepreneur.
