Nicole Heath graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan with a degree in secondary education and mathematics. While in college, she had an internship at Talent Plus. Upon graduation, Heath joined Talent Plus full-time where she works in both the technology area and in the Solution Center, working closely with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Mercedes-Benz USA. She is originally from York, Nebraska.
Melissa McCoy Martin has joined Talent Plus where she coordinates the facilitation of interviews in the Global Talent Interview Center. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, with a bachelor´s degree in journalism (where she was a member of the University Honors Program) and a master´s degree in workforce education and development, graduating Cum Laude.
Scott W. Whiteford has joined Talent Plus as an analyst. He received his bachelor´s degree in sociology from Luther College (Iowa) and received both a master´s degree and PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in sociology, with emphases in quantitative methods and criminology. As a graduate student, Whiteford taught classes and was a research assistant on a project that examined runaway and homeless adolescents.
