Susan Richards has joined Buck Consultants' Atlanta office as a Principal in the Human Resource Management consulting practice.
Richards most recently served with Deloitte Consulting as Senior Manager for Human Resources Operations and Technology. Previously she was a Consultant with IBM Global Services. Richards has nearly 15 years of consulting and HR management experience. Her expertise includes operations management, information technology, HR strategy and planning, solution design, and business development.
Richards received her bachelor´s degree from Maryville College (TN) and her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Edward Hauder has joined Buck Consultants' Chicago office as a Principal in the Compensation consulting practice.
Hauder most recently served with Hewitt Associates as Design Consultant in its Center for Technical Expertise. Prior to that, he was with Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC and other law firms in Chicago. An attorney, Hauder has more than ten years of consulting and legal experience. His expertise includes executive pay, equity and cash compensation plans, employment law, employee benefits, and proxy and institutional shareholder issues, including Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) modeling.
Hauder received his bachelor´s degree from Juniata College (PA), a J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law, and an L.L.M. in taxation from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the U.S. Tax Court, State Bar of Illinois, American Bar Association and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. Hauder has presented at numerous conferences and has been published in trade journals.
