    MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11,
2007--SumTotal(R) Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SUMT), a global provider of
talent and learning management solutions, has announced that
LearnChamp, a Vienna, Austria-based consulting and technology services
company, has become its latest Gold Implementation Partner.

    Existing LearnChamp customers who are already benefiting from
SumTotal technology include the German-based companies Praktiker Bau-
und Heimwerkermarkte AG, a leading European do-it-yourself home
improvement retailer with about 270 discount stores across Central and
Eastern Europe, and Freudenberg Simrit, a manufacturer of seals and
vibration controls.
